Hidden in the barren pines, a clan of elves makes beer divine.

Brooding stouts and sharp bright ales, a  mug or two never fails. To make things brighter, thine cup is lighter. Stay thyself another round, that’s when the elves are to be found.

The Gristmeisters

Sit a moment in the dappled sunlight. Let the caravan of stretch limos, tour buses and crammed car-loads trundle by. Take a breath.
Depending on the time of year you might scent the fresh wetness of dew clinging to plump and burgeoning grapes. Or it may be the crispness of sturdy apples and the soporific pull of warm hay. Take time to listen, to truly listen. Hear beyond the hum of traffic and even the laughter of nearby children. Hear the birds calling and then focus beyond even that. In the stillness behind the dreams of a sleeping rabbit you will faintly hear the ringing of the kettles.
Hidden from Common Sight, a clan of elves secretly brews sublime elixirs. Consumed daily as well as for special occasions, the Gristmeisters have entrusted their recipes to a very few sharing their secrets only with those who value nuance, quality and a lifestyle that bids one to sit a spell.
Put your feet up, fill a mug, light a pipe and listen to a rabbit’s dreams as the rest of the world hurries by.

It’s a lager. Balanced and clean with a modest ABV, this refreshing lager is perfect after a hot day on the
links. Also works well after mowing the lawn or while taking in a ball game.

Rye-Valry

New Yorkers stick together; except when it comes to sports. Giants vs. Jets, Yankees vs. Mets and of course, Rangers vs. Islanders- the rivalry that inspired this elixir.

Signal 8

An American style Pale Ale. Three 3 generous additions of west coast hops create notes of citrus, melon and pineapple.

Smokin’ Caterpillar

A wet-hopped double IPA with a heaping variety of American hops. Notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and melon.

Hare Raising Porter

Brewed with English malts and hops, it pours a satisfying, deep brown. Historically brewed for the hard working porters in London, you don’t have to lift trunks or suitcases to enjoy this traditional porter.

Hop Wizard

The lonely tower, stark against an angry sky. Solitude breeds wisdom and epiphany breaks as random as lightning strikes. The wizard carefully selects a blend of American West Coast Hops to craft his potion. Your quest for a satisfying IPA is fulfilled.

Dragon Slayer

This Gristmeisters brew is sweet, not harsh, aged in bourbon barrels, dusty cocoa and milk chocolate prevail for this smooth sipper. But beware! At 12%ABV, the dragon’s bite is well hidden!

“Gristmeisters Brewing offers such a great assortment of different flavors and styles and all the tastings were all really enjoyable!”
