How We Got Started
A MESSAGE FROM OUR OWNER
I was introduced to home brewing in 2009. Starting with a big pot, five gallon buckets and a turkey fryer, I brewed my inaugural batch one cold January evening.
Everyone seemed to enjoy those early batches; encouragement from my friends and family, coupled with mindful attention to detail and the need to strive for perfection, drove me to refine the recipes and processes. (Winning medals from competitions held in the NorthEast Region and National has helped too).
It’s hard to believe that was so long ago, but every batch I brew is done with the same care, attention and excitement as my first.
